Describe the work, not just the room
A kitchen clean can mean wiping the counters or cleaning inside every cupboard. List the areas you want covered and anything that needs special attention. Photos help a business understand the work before giving you a price.
Check what the price includes
Ask whether supplies, equipment, and any extra tasks are included. If the job does not fit a listed service, request a quote. Keep the agreed scope and price in your booking messages so both sides can refer to them.
Plan for arrival
Confirm the address, parking or building access, and whether someone needs to be home. Mention pets and any surfaces or equipment that need special care. Share sensitive access details directly with the business, not in a public review.
Wait for confirmation
Sending a booking request does not always confirm the visit. Check its status and the agreed time before making plans around it. If something changes, message the business as soon as you can.
Review the finished work
Check the completion notes and photos against what you agreed. If anything is missing or unclear, raise it from the booking while the details are fresh.
