How does Payment Protection work?

The customer pays up front. WorkTown holds the money until the job is finished and checked, then releases it to the business. Problems are reported from the booking. The full rules are on the Safety page.

Can I use WorkTown on my own?

Yes. Offer your services, take bookings, and message customers by yourself. Team tools are there when you hire someone.

Is a booking confirmed right away?

Not always. A request is not the same as a confirmed visit. The booking status tells you when the business has confirmed.

Can customers book directly from my page?

Yes. They pick from your listed services or ask for a quote. Share the page with the customers you already have and with new ones.
