Confirm and assign jobs
Review incoming requests, confirm the details, and assign someone when you work with a team. Add jobs for customers you already have, too.
Manage the job
View the schedule, message customers, and update job details. Use checklists on supported jobs and submit completion notes and photos when the work is done.
Track the payment
For supported WorkTown payments, completion and review determine when funds become eligible for release. If you collect payment outside WorkTown, record it separately.
